Executive Chef, Hywel Jones has held a Michelin Star at the restaurant since 2006 and offers guests an unforgettable dining experience. In his quest for perfection, Hywel uses the finest ingredients to ensure the fullest flavours and where possible sources from local suppliers.

Join us in the magnificent Drawing Room or charming Library for a pre-dinner drink, before being escorted to the elegant restaurant to commence your evening of fine dining.

Choose from our à la carte or tasting menus, and indulge with a premium wine flight to elevate your experience.

Restaurant Hywel Jones is open from 6.30pm Wednesday-Saturday with pre-dinner drinks starting at 6pm. Last orders at 8pm on Wednesdays, and 8.30pm Thursday-Saturday.

Please note that tables of 10 or more will be hosted in a private dining room.

A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your food and beverage bill.

A deposit of £20 per person is required at the time of booking. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Children under the age of 5 are unable to dine in Restaurant Hywel Jones.

Dogs are not permitted.
