Possessing all the romance and serenity of an English country garden, Head Chef Alex Greene’s menu celebrates local ingredients and fresh produce, such as spring lamb reared on the estate’s grounds.

The Walled Garden Restaurant perfectly complements the Michelin-starred offering at Restaurant Hywel Jones, providing guests with a week-round, all-day dining experience. Our à la carte menu is served for lunch and dinner, changing with the seasons, and a lounge and specials menu are also available.

Featuring a destination bar and lounge, sit and sip on a glass of English sparkling wine or savour a cocktail from our fantastic bar menu.

Our indulgent Sunday lunches are the perfect way to end the week, with the option for a 2 or 3-course set menu.

Open every day. Breakfast: 7.30am-10.30am | Lunch: 12pm-2.30pm (last orders) | Dinner: 6pm-9.30pm (last orders) | Lounge menu: 12- 6pm.

Dogs are permitted in the lounge area and outside terrace only.

A deposit of £20 per person is required at the time of booking. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
