Long Line & Drive – 75-minutes
This activity demonstrates how to prepare a horse to pull a carriage. This experience is also used to start riding a horse, by making it more accustomed to the tack and the feeling of a bit.
The activity will consist of using two long lines that are attached to the horse’s bridle, these long lines act like reins to control the horse. Using these reins, we can demonstrate how to move a horse around a space and obstacles.
This activity can be done in an enclosed space or around the parkland and is way to experience connecting to a horse at Lucknam Park without riding, whilst still learning about these lovely animals.
This session has a duration of 75 minutes including preparation time.
From £140 per person per hour.
