We have three varieties of Lavender on the estate. Hidcote and Munstead lavenders are grown for their fragrance and are often used in oils. We also have Lavandula x Intermedia which is beautifully tall and used for display.
Throughout July, hotel residents will be able to enjoy the celebration of our lavender with the following:
- A relaxing lavender turndown service in your room
- Hints of lavender will be showcased in our afternoon tea selection
- An exclusive lavender spa treatment will be available
- An aromatic lavender cocktail will be available in the Walled Garden Bar
- View the beauty of the Lavandula x Intermedia, Hidcote and Munstead lavenders around the hotel estate gardens with a garden tour (pre-booking required)
- For the little ones our Summer activities programme will include lavender based workshops.
