SONIC ENERGY TREATMENT by Ashmira Botanica 90 minutes £240

Experience the bliss of a full body, energy infused clay massage, which harmonises mind, body and spirit through soothing sounds, vibrations and energetic healing. The body is enveloped in non-setting pink clay blended with YIN essential oils, then soothed with warm sound bowls. A Chinese Massage stimulates meridians and releases stagnant energy for both physical and emotional wellbeing. Hot towels gently unveil soft, nourished skin and the mind, body and spirit are left totally and deeply relaxed from this beautiful wellness experience.

MINDFULNESS MASSAGE  90 minutes £240

Unwind a busy mind, escape the pace of everyday life and emerge feeling focussed, with a sense of renewed positivity. This holistic, deeply relaxing and clarifying experience works on the concept of mindfulness, focusing on both mind and body to help the guest reduce stress and ‘be more in the present’. The therapist skilfully guides you through breathing and visualisation techniques to help relax the mind and release physical or emotional anxieties, whilst the soothing, deeply therapeutic full body massage promotes positivity to the mind.

INTUITIVE CRYSTAL HEALING  60 minutes £160

Using the healing principles of Reiki, the therapist will work through the energy centres to release blockages and areas of tension. Crystals are placed in the 7 chakras, bringing harmony and balance to the mind and body.

KLORIS SLEEP SOUNDLY RITUAL 90 MINUTES £240

Exclusive to Lucknam Park, this restorative ritual uses 100% natural, organically grown CBD balm, complemented with grounding aromatherapy oils. This face and body treatment begins with a foot ritual and inhalation, followed by warm aromatherapy oils and a deeply relaxing massage using warm poultices on specific marma points designed to induce ultimate relaxation. Expect to be left feeling soothed, with a renewed sense of positivity and ready for a good night’s sleep.
