Working history
I studied Hospitality Management at the University of Wales. After graduating, I joined City Inn hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor where after 3 months I was promoted to Head Housekeeper. I spent 4 1/2 years at City Inn and I then went on to work at Doubletree by Hilton Cadbury House for 3 years as a Head Housekeeper.
After working in city centre hotels, I wanted to work in country house hotels and so I went on to take a position at Cowley Manor Hotel for 6 years as the Executive Housekeeper. While I was there I worked closely with the Operations Director refurbishing rooms and public spaces.
I have been in my current role as the Head Housekeeper at Lucknam Park for 2 years.
